TERMS

  • My artwork is not for commercial use, modification, or reproduction. Please email any inquiries or concerns regarding this policy.

  • Pieces requiring highly complex design work such as machinery, busy scenery, or intricate clothing, or orders that involve custom character or environment design work may incur additional work fees of up to $15 or more.

  • You may choose how clean you would like the color or linework to be, but I will not do paintings/realism, chibi styles, lineless work, or imitations of other artists' styles.

  • I will not use other artists' work in my commission work for you, including bases, free lineart, and photography; all work you pay for will be wholly originally made by me. If you have original photos or art of your own you would like for me to use, you are welcome to ask about it when placing your order. I will, however, gladly compose my own work in a way that will fit into any character reference templates or character sheets that you would like to add my work to - you just will not receive my work already incoroporated into said template(s).

  • Commission work is first come, first served; if you place an order after others have already placed theirs, you will need to wait until those other orders have been completed before yours will be started.

  • My work may be used by other artists you commission for purposes of reference only. If you would like to commission another artist to clean or color what I make for you, please get them in contact with me before you pay them via email.

  • You are free to modify my work with filters, stickers, etc. as long as it is only for personal use. You may also print my work in any format for personal use only.

  • I do not make art for tattoos, nor do I allow for my work to be used for tattoos without explicit consent.

  • My work can be used on social media profiles, preferably with credit.

  • Do not remove any included watermarks/signatures or ask that they be excluded. Doing so will prohibit you from purchasing further work from me.

  • I only accept payment in USD through Square Invoices or Ko-fi donations. Art trades or commissions for non-USD payment will happen strictly under my own choice, and not based on client interest or requests.

  • Free work will only be given as gifts at my own discretion to friends and family, please do not ask unless I prompt you directly.

  • I do not currently animate any commission work, please do not ask.
